    ‘Walking Through the Heart’

‘Under the microscope, two heart cells
    separately pulsing
watch them touch, and without knowing
    synchronize and beat together.’

    Apart from others, two hearts
    another day together
    in Coronaville, and with clarity
    watch them synchronize their love
    for each other.

    ‘Partial Knowledge’

Reminds me of no cross-Nebraska train trip I’ve ever taken, I haven’t, and no small town I’ve ever lived in, I haven’t, but I have felt ‘heaviness in my ankles’ and I have asked the question ‘where am I going’ and I have been a young boy waiting for the answer to come. Thank you Nancy.
